Brian Kirkpatrick
Law ClerkBrian L. Kirkpatrick received his Bachelors of Science in Economics from Texas A & M - Commerce in 1995. In 1998, he received his Masters of Arts in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University. Then in 2009, he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Mr. Kirkpatrick graduated from law school as a member of the National Order of Barristers, a national honor society which recognizes excellence in courtroom advocacy. While at Texas Wesleyan he competed on the Negotiations Team, Representation in Mediation Team, Arbitrations Team, and the Mock Trial Team.
Mr. Kirkpatrick has over 15 years of combined business, commercial banking, and securities experience and has worked in a vice president capacity for some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
As a Law Clerk, Mr. Kirkpatrick assists Dr. Malik in a variety of cases involving personal injury, mass tort litigation, wrongful termination, and general business matters. Upon receiving admission to the Texas Bar, his plans are to add Banking and Financial Services law to the firm.
